_New_ _China site project Quality_ _Training Specialist 3_
Position Overview
Thispositionis responsible formaintainingand improving the training program for China new IVD manufacturing site. This position requires a person with training program development experiences in regulated environment, e.g.IVDD, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, etc. The individual in this role will be responsible forcollaborating with a team to design, implement and maintain training program. This position is based in Walpole MAandreport toChina Project QualityDirector
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
+ Work with US training team to establish training a new system for China Site, and maintain the electronic training system.
+ Support and coordinate New Employee Orientation and training for new employees
+ Maintain the training records in Learning Management System
+ Run reports on training completing and/or audit report requests as needed.
+ Coordinate individual and groupOn Job Training (technical training courses)and activities for employees,
+ Collaborating with other Dept. todevelop new training courseand/ormaterials
+ Participates in monitoring the effectiveness oftraining course, makes recommendations, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed.
+ Draft and maintain the site annual training plan
+ Communicate training programs to site and provide site personnel assistance with training concerns.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years related experiences in FDA regulated industry with at least 5 years in a training capacity.
Education: A minimum of a 4 year degreeis preferred, although a combination of education/experience will be considered.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Knowledge of learning management tools or systems
+ Experience in Training program development and training effeteness measurement
+ Must be able to work collaboratively with other project teams including US team.
+ Prioritization, multitasking and organizational skills
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
+ Prior experienceworking with a SABA Leaning Management System.
+ Experience providing ?back room? audit support during quality system inspections.
+ Project management experience is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
