Manager, Tax & Treasury
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Reporting to and collaborating with the Treasurer to provide strategic support for tax research, tax compliance, as well as general treasury / cash management operations. ACCEPTABLE MINIMUM LEVEL OF EDUCATION:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required 7 or more years of professional experience in a field related to taxation, treasury, finance, and / or accounting with at least 4 or more years specifically in tax / treasury Thorough understanding of tax regulations and requirements for a mid to large organization Responsibility for all tax compliance, tax provision preparation and related annual tax footnote disclosures Working knowledge of general accounting principles and financial management Previously experience with managing banking relationship and bank covenant compliance is a plus. Ability to interpret and work with financial data, perform advanced calculations and statistical analyses, and draw conclusions Ability to read and understand financial statements, written financial policies and regulations, and other relevant documentation, particularly in relation to taxation Excellent mathematical, organizational, and analytical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communication clearly, concisely, and accurately, both verbal and in writing Ability to set concrete goals, develop aligned strategy, and make data-informed decisions Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's Degree in Taxation or another relevant field preferred Additional credentials related to accounting or finance (e.g., Certified Public Accountant) preferred Experience with IRS and state tax audits preferred Experience in managing Corporate taxation Form 1120 filings preferred Experience with risk management / insurance is a plus Knowledge of and/or direct experience with Oracle is a plus SALARY INFORMATION Salary is complemented by a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, retirement, tuition, and paid time off

$100K -- $150K
